It’s a delicate sour where the apricot and oak play off each out and marry the tart sour of the wild fermentation.
We chased a check in and this is by far the most expensive beer to date. I can’t say it’s worth the $70 for 750 mls we paid, but the experience of such a well crafted wild ale will stay will us for quite some time.
