Hey you guys!
Out watching Goonies at Mason Jar Lager Company in Varina.
Drinking their schwartzbier. Smells of toffee with chocolate in the background. Very little hop but a slight ester smell.
Pours a very dark brown with a thin head.
Sweet almost cloying but doesn’t cross that line. Slightly roasty, but very toasty and biscuit. Esters are not as pronounced on the tongue.
