New brewery in the Quay, which is always welcome. Takes the place of the old Lincoln Brewing which went…somewhere.
Great tap line up as they get their own up and running. Had their saison which was very good and will make a great base for all sorts of experimenting.
We got to talk to the owners a bit and they have some great ideas for outreach and customer involvement (brewing classes, music, etc.).
