Time for an experiment! Same beer: draft and cask.
Carolina Amber is a pretty nice strong bitter (or Extra Special Bitter if you want to chance incurring the wrath of Fullers).
I like it on cask a bit better than on draft. The maltiness is really expressed in the cask while it’s rather scrubbed in the draft version.
Bitterness without hop flavor is there, much like the London Pride from last night, to only balance the sweetness of the malt. It does that job well enough here.
