Beer #3440: TRVE Revengeance

I went through a phase where I bought more beer than I was drinking. I’m still working through that backlog as I become more conscience of beer aging and freshness.

Eventually I need to find a BJCP form I can port into these post to make this easier. For right now I’ll just word vomit this.

Very sour and dry. I think if it was a bit fresher the underlying notes of the chocolaty/coffee malts would balance this a bit better, but as is the sour overwhelms the palette. That’s not a bad thing, but it seems like this was a more layered beer at one time.
