Lots of beer while on vacation. Lots more to come. Just a quick break to recommend the book The Audacity of Hops. Clever name aside, it's been a great read and insight into the craft beer movement in its early infancy.
Here at The Edison and drinking a white whale with Bojangles. It's pretty outstanding. Bo said it is what every beer at Wicked Weed's Funkatoriun wants to be. I went through a phase where I bought more beer than I was drinking. I'm still working through that backlog as I become more conscience of beer aging and freshness.
